A specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Troutt received his medical degree at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed his residency at UK Medical Center. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, board certified by the American Board of Pain Management, and is certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. Dr. Troutt came to Central Kentucky in 1981, received his undergraduate education at Eastern Kentucky University, and has been in practice in the Winchester area since 1998.
